Many foreign students welcome the opportunity to spend some time in Poland gaining their practical experience, perfecting their vocational skills, English and Polish language skills, seeing and understanding more about the Polish way of life, Polish culture and heritige, and generally looking for an experience which will help them in deciding on or taking forward a career or study choice.

We are here for you to assist you at every stage of your traineeship, from the application through the period of internship to the final certification.

    As your prepare for the arrival to Poland, check out our list of documents to arrange before you arrive. And don’t forget to send us before your traineeship start scanned copies of following documents:

    – EduTeam application form with the transcript of records,
    – CV with the cover letter,
    – a certificate of Erasmus nomination,
    – Learning Agreement for Traineeships (2017/2018, 2018/2019)
    ­- insurance document,
    – Student Card, f.ex. EURO26, ISIC,
    – ID / passport with visa.

    DURATION OF TRAINEESHIP

    Your traineeship in Poland can last from a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 12 months.

    LOCATION

    • TriCity: Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia and the neighbourhood (field of education and field of computer science, graphic design, information technology; digital competences required)
    • Kwidzyn (field of computer science, graphic design, information technology; digital competences required)
    • Kashubian area and Hel Peninsula (field of gastronomy and tourism)

    ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?

    You can send us an Erasmus+ traineeship application, if you are the student of:

    • first cycle (Bachelor or equivalent) EQF 5/6,
    • second cycle (Master or equivalent) EQF 7,
    • or a recent graduate.

    If you present the other case, please contact us directly at: biuro@eduteam.pl , we will also do our best to organise your mobility and stay in Poland.

    COMPENSATION
    No financial compensation.
    Students receive Erasmus+ grant from their mother University.

    Our EduTeam offer includes a comprehensive organization of traineeship and activities for you. We do not want anything more than make you feel like home!

    We provide all students with:
    – the place of traineeships situated in the northern Poland in various branches,
    – tutor support for the whole period of internship,
    – support in dealing with traineeship documentation,
    – an orientation program – the presentation of the receiving company and useful instructions how to adapt to a new environment in Poland,
    – the final certificate confirming the implementation of traineeship effects.

    Participation in our Traineeship Programme requires the payment of an Administration Fee 100 EUR.
